The pricing you see across this site is already reflective of your personalised terms. On the rare occasion that our public website price is less than your net/trade price, the system will automatically match this for you.

Stock levels for all products are automatically updated every 10 minutes across this site for your convenience.

Subject to stock levels, orders are processed up to 3:30pm on weekdays (excluding English public/bank holidays). After this, orders will be processed the next working day.

We do not require any minimum order quantities (MOQs).

By default, we send all orders out UK nationwide via Royal Mail or Parcelforce on a tracked next day service. We find that this reliably reaches over 95% of customers the next working day.

Our delivery charges are as follows:

• Standard postage is chargeable at £4.95 + VAT per order.
• Express/guaranteed postage is chargeable at £8.00 + VAT per order.
• Shipping of large/oversize items are chargeable at £25.00 + VAT per order.
• Shipping to the Republic of Ireland is chargeable at £10.00 + VAT per order.
• For all other international destinations, please contact us first for an exact price.

If you want to upgrade to an express/guaranteed service, we recommend that you double-check the items you require are in stock prior to ordering.

We will always charge for postage/shipping (as above), even if you do not include this on your purchase order, unless we have expressly agreed differently in advance.

We generally only release orders when all items are in stock. If you want your order part-released, please get in touch to request this specifically (on a per-order basis).

Unless otherwise agreed, all payment terms are strictly 30 calendar days after month end of the invoice date.
